  • I have received an incorrect item which was delivered to me. What should i do?
    If you have received an incorrect item, do take a photo of the seafood items received together with the order number and email our team regarding this matter.
  • If i receive a product that has defects, how do i go about it?
    Please send a photo via email to our team within 24 hours from purchase date if any defects are found. Such cases will be eligible for a partial refund. *Do note that all of these queries will be subjected on a case by case basis
  • I have ordered the incorrect item and it has been delivered to me. Can I return of exchange the product?
    Due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept any returns or exchange for ANY products delivered.
